One should make sure to give at least 150 minutes a week of moderate aerobic activity or cardiac exercises, or even 75 minutes per week of vigorous aerobic activity, or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity could be essential to keep track of weight gain and keep one-self healthy. Here this routine does not only go for the women but men too.  Additionally, one should also take healthy food and avoid junk as much as possible. Adding a balanced diet, introducing and consuming, roughage in form of vegetables, fruits followed by doing some regular exercise, one can work towards a healthier weight and thereby improve the chance of pregnancy and having a healthy baby.
